Does hands free really mean hands free?
Today is the first day in California where we get to make a choice, pick up the phone while driving and risk getting a ticket or let the phone ring or use a hands free device.
My girlfriend and I don't like "the look" -- the bluetooth device in the ear and then folks walk around looking like they have a growth in their ear. I do have friends that put them on only when talking on the phone and that's okay but most folks just walk around with the blue light blinking- reminds me of the K=mar ad, "The Blue LIght Special!" Anyway, I decided to get the device that hangs from the visor mine works pretty well so my girlfrient bought one too.
I was talking to her while she was driving and she couldn't get her hands free to work. She couldn't adjust the volume. So her question was, could she take her hands free device (a speaker model that hangs from the visor) and put it up to her ear. It wasn't her phone! Hmmm!
