My best label "Lola"

Many of you who know me know that babies are my passion.   I have been known to hold babies in service while preaching or serving communion.   When babies cry out loud during worship, I stop and remind folks how great it is that a babies cry interrupts us to pay attention, like God who interrupts our day with "aha" moments. 

The name "Lola" is Filipino for Grandma and "Lolo" translates to Grandpa.  Joel and are I blessed to have four wonderful granddaughters  Here we are at
our recent camping excursion (more on that later.)
I also adopt babies to be their Lolo, including Simona and her new baby sister in November.  Here she is a few months ago when we went for a walk
In addition, my nieces Shelly and Lisa are both pregnant and a boy is due in October and a girl in November.  Babies abound and we are blessed!  AND we are expecting our newest grandchild in late January!.  Thanks be to God!
